1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any tool, page, or feature on VINAR TECH TOOLS (tools.vinar.tech), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

• upload or process illegal, harmful, abusive, or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

3. No Storage of User Data

We do not store tool inputs, uploaded files, passwords, CSR data, SSL details, generated output, or any content processed through our tools. All processing is handled securely and removed immediately after completion.

4. Browser-Only Tools

Several tools—including Password Generator, JSON tools, Text utilities, QR/Barcode tools, and CSR/SSL helpers—run entirely inside your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.

5. Tools Using Server Processing (e.g., PDF Services)

Some tools such as HTML to PDF and URL to PDF use secure server-side APIs. Submitted HTML, URLs, or content are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after PDF generation. We do not store or log your input or output files.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All tools and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to:

• accuracy, reliability, or correctness of results
• availability or uptime of services
• error-free functioning or performance

7. Limitation of Liability

VINAR TECH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• use or inability to use our tools
• service interruptions or technical errors
• incorrect output, corrupted files, or lost data
• user-generated passwords or sensitive information mishandling
• issues caused by external services or browser limitations

Your use of the site and tools is at your own risk.

8. No Security Guarantee

Although we follow modern industry security standards, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for securely handling passwords, documents, keys, and files generated or downloaded from our tools.

9. External Links & Third-Party Services

Some tools may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Let’s Encrypt, external APIs). VINAR TECH is not responsible for the content, policies, or security practices of third parties.

10. SSL Certificate Tools & Let’s Encrypt

Our SSL-related tools (CSR Generator, SSL Checker, ACME tools) may communicate with third-party Certificate Authorities such as Let’s Encrypt solely to validate or issue certificates.

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• domain names and ACME challenge data may be transmitted to the Certificate Authority
• certificate approval depends solely on the Certificate Authority
• VINAR TECH does not store private keys, CSR data, or SSL certificates
• you are responsible for domain ownership and lawful certificate use

Limitation of Liability: VINAR TECH is not responsible for failed SSL issuance, CA rejections, DNS/verification issues, rate limits, or domain ownership problems.

11. Advertising & Cookies

We use Google AdSense and Google Analytics. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on your cookie preferences. Users can control their preferences using our on-site consent banner.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
